Gotta blow our horns on this one… today marks 2 weeks that we have been going to the gym. Woo hoo! Yes, you read that right, 3 days a week we drag our lazy butts out of bed at 5:30 am and head to the downtown YMCA. I know, I know, WTF? But we are and even though at this point the ROI isn’t much we both do feel better. I’m sure everybody who knows us will be plumb astounded to learn that both of us have virtually given up Coke products.  Truly that’s more scary than the whole work-out thing and I’m sure their sales will show the drop at the end of this quarter.  In fact, if you look in our fridge now all you will see in beverages is diet juice, milk, water, and Splenda-sweetened Koolaid. Oh, and my yummy Silk Hazelnut creamer… can’t forget that! So, the changes are sticking, it appears, and we are trying. So now I want to see some results, you know, since I haven’t gotten my body back from Cindy Crawford as yet despite all this hard work.  In the meantime maybe I should just follow Newscoma’s lead and start my makeover with some anti-frizz shampoo. Gotta start somewhere, and it means a trip to Target. Bonus!  Okay, with that incentive in mind, I’ve got to go! CYABAI
